Some of our treatments at a glance

Kati Vasti
Kati Vasti is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy specifically used for lower back and lumbar pain. A special dough ring is formed around the painful area, into which warm, healing herbal oil is collected. The oil penetrates deep into the muscles and joints, relaxing tense areas and relieving inflammation. This treatment is ideal for tension, disc problems, and chronic back pain.

Nasal Therapy (Nasya)
Nasya is an Ayurvedic nasal therapy in which medicated oils or herbal extracts are gently instilled into the nostrils. This treatment clears the airways, promotes mental clarity, and supports the healing of headaches, sinusitis, allergies, and stress. Nasya is particularly effective for cleansing the upper respiratory tract and improving the sensory organs.

Pichu Treatment
In Pichu, small cotton cloths are dipped in warm healing oil and placed on painful or tense areas of the body, usually around joints and muscles. The oil penetrates deeply and promotes circulation, relieves pain, and promotes regeneration. This gentle therapy is often used for osteoarthritis, muscle tension, and rheumatic complaints.

Spine Pichu
Spine Pichu is a special form of Pichu in which oil-soaked compresses are applied along the spine. This treatment supports relaxation of the back muscles, improves spinal mobility, and helps with disc problems and chronic back pain. The nourishing oils promote healing and have an anti-inflammatory effect.

Head Packs (Shiro Pichu)
Shiro Pichu involves applying compresses soaked in warm herbal oil to the scalp. This therapy calms the nervous system, relieves headaches, promotes sleep, and improves concentration and mental calm. Shiro Pichu is often used as a complementary treatment for stress, migraines, and sleep disorders.

Shirodhara
Shirodhara is a well-known Ayurvedic treatment in which a thin stream of warm herbal oil is continuously poured onto the forehead. This gentle massage has a deeply relaxing effect on the nervous system, relieves stress and inner restlessness, and promotes mental clarity. Shirodhara is used for insomnia, anxiety, headaches, and nervous disorders.

Udwarthanam (herbal powder massage)
Udwarthanam is a traditional Ayurvedic massage using special herbal powders that are massaged into the skin with vigorous, rhythmic movements. This treatment stimulates circulation, supports detoxification, and promotes skin firmness. Udwarthanam is often used to treat cellulite, excess weight, and for general revitalization.

Steam Bath
The Ayurvedic herbal steam bath uses steam from specially selected medicinal herbs to open the skin's pores, promote circulation, and gently detoxify the body. It relieves muscle tension, promotes skin health, and supports overall well-being.

Herbal Bath
The herbal bath is a soothing treatment in which the body is immersed in a warm bath containing extracts from Ayurvedic medicinal plants. This method nourishes the skin, relaxes muscles and joints, and has a calming effect on the mind and body. The bath supports regeneration and promotes a sense of balance.

Marma Points
Marma point massage focuses on specific energetic points on the body, which are considered hubs for vital energy. Gentle pressure and massage of these points harmonizes the flow of energy in the body, releases blockages, and activates the body's self-healing powers. This treatment promotes physical and mental health and helps with pain and stress.
