The Hela Moksha Villa offers you an authentic, medically supervised Panchakarma cure, carried out according to the principles of traditional Hela Wedakama – profound, individualized, and in harmony with the rhythm of nature.
Your cure begins with a pulse diagnosis and a detailed consultation with our Ayurveda doctor, Dr. Thenkutti. Based on this, your personal treatment and nutrition plan will be created – finely tailored to your constitution, your health concerns, and your life rhythm.
Our medicines and oils come from the medical manufactory of a Buddhist temple of the Malewana generation – handcrafted, purely plant-based, and deeply rooted in the healing power of Sri Lanka.
Your 14-Day Healing Journey
